Who is Yoga Teacher Training For?
The approach of Hawaiian Healing Yoga is inclusive, despite any level of physical ability that you currently possess. You don't have to be the most flexible, or the super strong to begin the practice of Hatha Yoga. The goal of the training is to meet you where you are and hopefully inspire you to keep practicing and awakening on your journey.180 hours are mandatory to fulfill the curriculum requirements of Yoga Alliance. If you know that you will be missing a day or two, it must be made up. Make up time is not a part of the curriculum. The only requirements are an open mind and heart, a willingness to learn, and dedication to doing your best throughout the training.
Benefits of the Training
The benefits of Yoga Teacher Training far surpass the goal of becoming a yoga instructor. You will learn:
Yoga is a lifestyle. In our modern stressed out society it is always helpful to have the tools to stay grounded & open to positive change. Yoga is a practice of remembering who we really are. As we journey through this life we have an opportunity to learn from the ancient teachings and create the positive change that we wish to see in the world. All limitations are self-imposed. We can move from a place of stress & fear into one of LOVE & ALOHA.
